PCR Strip Tubes
PCR strip tubes are commonly designed as 8 or 4 strips for higher operation efficiency. Strips tubes are for lab use with pipettes or automatic workstation, for low or medium throughput in biology experiments.
PCR strips for sale:
8 strip tube: 0.1 ml, 0.2 ml. Clear and white. Attached/detached cap.
4 strip tube: 0.1 ml.
MOQ: 1 CARTON.

FAQ of PCR Strip Tubes
What is a pcr strip?
Multiple Tubes in One Strip: Typically, PCR strips contain 8 or 12 pcr strip tubes with individually attached caps connected in a single line, allowing researchers to process several reactions at once, which is especially useful for high-throughput experiments.
What are the caveats of using PCR tube strips with attached caps?
Prevent contamination: Care must be taken to avoid DNA contamination of the reaction system. Use aseptic technique and disinfectant to clean the work area, handling instruments and reagents.
Primer design: Choose appropriate primers and template DNA to ensure the specificity and efficiency of the PCR reaction.
PCR conditions: Adjust the temperature and time parameters in the PCR program according to the size of the PCR product to be amplified, the concentration of template DNA and the composition of the reaction system.
Tubes selection: Choose suitable volume and colorof strip tubes to ensure the compatibility.
Reagent storage: Store PCR reagents at the proper temperature and check their expiration date and integrity before use.
Safety Precautions: Gloves and goggles must be worn during handling to avoid contact with reagents and PCR products.
How to use it?
When using it, add the PCR reaction solution and sample to each tube, then seal and place in the PCR instrument for high temperature cycling. When operating, ensure that the strip tubes are not contaminated during the reaction process, and set the temperature and time of the PCR instrument correctly.
How to avoid cross contamination of the row?
To avoid cross contamination, sterile pipettes should be used during operation and the row should be sealed. In addition, the workbench and tools should be kept clean during the experiment, and special PCR tube racks should be used to store samples to reduce the risk of contamination.
