Feature of Chamber Slides
Chamber slides are mainly designed for cell experiments that require microscopic observation. Cells growing on it can be directly cultured, stained and microscopically examined without transferring cells. The cumbersome traditional cell crawling method is changed into a chamber system that integrates culture and analysis into one. The experiments is simplified and the bias of experimental groups is reduced.

2 well chamber slide is ideal for comparing cell samples grown under two different conditions simultaneously, or when cell culture conditions need to be contrasted.
4 well chamber slide is suitable for comparing multiple experimental conditions, especially when different experimental groups need to be observed simultaneously. For example, comparing the effects of different drugs, different cell lines, or different culture media.
8 well chamber slides are suitable for scenarios where multiple condition comparison experiments need to be performed simultaneously, especially high-throughput experiments, such as cell response screening and drug concentration gradient experiments.
Instructions
- Add liquid sample: Use a pipette to evenly drop the cell culture medium or liquid sample into the chamber to avoid overflow.
- Place cell sample: For cell culture, use an inoculating loop or cells in a cell culture flask and gently place it into the chamber.
- Add coverslip: Carefully place an appropriate coverslip to avoid bubbles and ensure clarity of the observation area.
- Microscope observation: According to the needs of the experiment, choose a suitable microscope for observation, suitable for high magnification (such as 100X) for detailed observation of cells or tissues.
- Regular observation: For cell culture or microbial observation, regularly check the samples in the chamber slide and replenish the culture medium if necessary.
